The Procedure Teaching Staff’s Occupancy of Bachelors’ Apartment

1. Applicants fill up the application form (download at Assets Management Office website) and the department gives conformation and signature and seal.

2. Newly-coming employees take application forms and presence notice to Housing Reform Office for lease agreement.

3. Employees: Housing Reform Office verifies and examines.

4. If they meet the requirements, get lease agreement from Housing Reform Office. Housing Reform Office issues payment slip and check-in notice. Address: Beiyuan Building 24 Unit 3.

5. Take payment slip to Financing and Accounting Division to pay deposit.

6. Take deposit receipt and check-in notice to Property Management Office and get the apartment key.

Address: Yanghuazhai Room 1133(Jiuli Campus)

The Procedure of Postdoctors’ occupancy of Postdoctor Apartment

1. Applicants make application and Personnel Department Issues occupancy certificate.

2. Take application forms and occupancy certificate to Housing Reform Office for lease agreement. Housing Reform Office issues payment slip and check-in notice. Address: Beiyuan Building 24 Unit 3.

3. Take payment slip to Financing and Accounting Division to pay deposit.

4. Take deposit receipt and check-in notice to Property Management Office and get the apartment key.

The Procedure of Housing Fund Co-Branded Card

1. After opening accounts in Housing Fund Management Center, teaching Staff can obtain Chengdu Housing Fund Co-Branded Card Application from Assets Management Office (Beiyuan Building 24 Unit 3) and it should be stamped.

2. Take ID card and the copy (stamped) to bank outlets authorized by Chengdu Housing Fung Management Center. (See Attached Picture)

The Procedure of Newly-coming Employees’ Receiving Housing Allowance

1. Newly-coming employees take presence notice to Housing Reform Office and receive SWJT University Employees Housing Allowance Application Form.

2. Fill up the form according to requirements and it should be sealed and approved by relevant departments.

3. Return SWJT University Employees Housing Allowance Application Form to Housing Reform Office.

4. Responsible clerks examine and verify SWJT University Employees Housing Allowance Application Form.

5. Personnel Department provides employee information and Housing Reform Office calculates housing allowance. Applicants sign and units seal it.

6. According to distribution process and fund condition, submit it to the relevant departments and release the allowance in batches.

The Procedure of Bachelors’ Apartment Withdrawal

1. Take lease agreement to Housing Reform Office (Beiyuan 24-4-2) and receive water and electricity settlement notice.

2. Take water and electricity settlement notice to Logistics Group to balance water and electricity fees.

3. Take certificate of water and electricity balance to Yanghua Property Management Office (Yanghuazhai 1-1-33) to examine the apartment and return the key.

4. Take certificate of apartment examination to Housing Reform Office (Beiyuan 24-4-2) to receive refund notice.

5. Take refund notice and deposit receipt to University Financing and Accounting Division to receive deposit.

The Procedure of Postdoctoral Apartment Withdrawal
