Acquire transfer forms from Financing and Accounting Office. The forms need to be signed by Auditting Office, Office of State Asset Management and Financing and Accounting Office (Accounting Section, Infrastructure Finance Department) and be with financial statement when submitted.

4. Go to Financing and Accounting Office and pay for property-occupying fee according to the agreement

5. Go to Property Management Section and obtain keys with written notification from Office of State Asset Management
